Can anyone help me find out if a trans with a # 29-3255 is a 3 speed or 4 speed and if it fits a C-10 or C11 or what?
Thanks Mike

Hi Mike,

My 1949-53 parts list shows the part number 29-3255 as a 3 speed gearbox shell. It should fit both C10 and C11 models with the 6 spring clutch (tapered input shaft).
