Hi All,
To the best of my knowledge there are a coupe of different types of Wipac alternators
No modern equivalent without going to 12v Lucas ???
I have a fairly good looking Wipac unit and rotor in the loft
I need to take it down and check it out  and then photo it for those looking for sucha beastie
If my memory is correct its ok, why else is it there???

Watch this space !!!!!!
John

HI All,
I went and found the alternator stator in the loft
maybe all the years have affected the grey cells ????
Its a 3 wire with green/yellow, green /white and green/black wires,
so it looks as tho it maybe a Lucas unit ??? even tho Im fairly sure I took it from a C10 L
Apart from the tail wires having gone hard and brittle its in good condition

Send me a pm if interested

John
