John,

thanks for the address. I have send an email asking for delivery of oversizes.

(I´m afraid they can´t)

I will let know if it works with "Peter´s Bearings".

You can buy  oversize 1/4" rollers for Indians and Harley, but they are longer than 1/4" About .3" I think. As a last resort they could be ground down to length by an engineering company.

See these at Jerry Greer's in US
.https://www.jerrygreersengineering.com/product_list.php?p_group_id=002074141&y=1941&m=741

And you have Michel Clements in NL for HD parts.

I have an answer from Peter´s Bearings: He has never heard of oversizes!!!???

Thank you Ron for Indian / Harley shops. Yes, it is a last research because the rollers are too long and smallest oversize is 0002".

I still hope  for rollers in 1/4".

HI Michael and All
Look here
http://www.peters-bearing.de/produkte_neu.php?klasse=8&#data

Almost every size imaginable, 6.35 x 6.35 would be standard 1/4 x 1/4
he has 6.36 , 6.37, 6.38 , 6.4 x 6.35and on upwards listed
Also 12.7, 12.8 x 6.35 if tyou want to use long rollers in the bigend

John,

thanks for the list.
I will try this shop again. May be that the + sizes over 6,35mm (=1/4") are also standard for him?

Hi,

I had contact to Peter´s.
But he can not deliver 6,36x6,35mm and 6,38x6,35mm (the sizes I would like).

No answer from Clements Harley Shop.

I hope I can get an other idea?

I have tried all information I have got.
But no success at Harley Clements ,  Indian Jerry and Peter´s Bearings!

Has anyone an idea of sources?

In the end I have bought at "Vintage Bearings".

Expensive but cheaper as a complete new crank bearing (if available!)

Thanks for the informations.
