I feel a bit silly asking but how do you take the front wheel apart on a C12
 
The Plate with the shoes on rotates but dont want to come off.
 
I dont seam to have a diagram of the C12 wheel anywhere in the mauals books i have.
 
i bet its realy simple so blushing and Doh in advance.

Hi Nick,
The brake plate should just "fall" off. Infact they usually do when trying to put the wheel back in the forks! You must have a bit of corrosion on the exposed end of the spindle. I'm sure if you pull on the brake plate and rock it, it will loosen and come off. I hope this is of help.

fall off well it did eventually with the aid of a rubber mallet and the spindel in the wrong side of the hub and me using a little more force than i would of wanted to.
 
Thanks for the info i would not of tried to hit it that hard with out knowing it would come off.
