The gearbox sprocket number you were asking for is 29-3609, Draganfly say they no longer supply....but may be worth a call :-\...Cornucopia have sold out as well.
Have you tried Britbits or Surrey cycles?

C101112 was looking into getting a batch made - I sent him a worn example to take measurements. This was last June but heard nothing since.

Engine sprockets usually have to be sourced second-hand, although there may be a possibility of new-old-stock due to firms like Draganfly getting old spares back from overseas. These front sprockets, also used on many other BSA models at the time, don't suffer from much wear because of their working environment so are quite easy to find.

Gearbox sprockets also have to be found second-hand but are getting scarce so re-toothing is probably the way to go. This also applies to clutch and rear sprockets. It's not rocket science so is quite an easy fix.
